Identity documents

Please remember: we do not accept people without identification

Valid Identity Documents at our reception:

• For people of Italian nationality: ID, passport or driving licence
• For foreigners who are part of the European Union: ID or passport
• For foreigners who are not part of the European Union: passport

As in all tourist and accommodation facilities - people under the age of eighteen (18) years are not accepted unless accompanied by family members during their stay... and they need a valid document of identity (birth certificate, identity certificate etc.).

Privacy Guaranteed

- Private entrance and exit: check-in and check-out without leaving your car
- Reserved garage for each room;
- Independent access in each room;
- a service hatch that allows you to receive room service without being disturbed;

To place your order, please call our member of staff in the Restaurant at ext. 835. Our staff will insert a tray in the serving hatch with what you requested. The service is guaranteed from 07:00 to 23:00.
